Course 1: Amuse Bouche
  • DAHI PURI SPHERE
  • Semolina crisp spiced potato mousse, sweet yogurt, tamarind gel
  • CHICKEN TIKKA TARTLET
  • Mini tart shell, smoked chicken, hung curd, coriander oil
Course 2: Cold Starter
  • KACHUMBER MOSAIC
  • Compressed cucumber, heirloom tomato, pickled onion, chaat dust
  • MUSTARD FISH CEVICHE
  • Indian-style cured sea bass, kasundi, green chilli, lime
Course 3: Soup
  • MASOOR DAL CAPPUCCINO
  • Lentil purée, cumin foam, garlic tempering
  • YAKHNI SHORBA
  • Clear mutton broth, saffron, fried shallots
Course 4: Appetizer
  • ALOO GOBI TEXTURES
  • Cauliflower purée, spiced potato fondant, crispy florets
  • TAWA FISH WITH TOMATO CHUTNEY DUST
  • Seared fillet, dehydrated tomato chutney, curry leaf oil
Course 5: Main Course
  • PANEER MAKHANI REIMAGINED
  • Charred paneer, makhani reduction, fenugreek. Served with Mini paratha crisp
  • ROGAN JOSH (DECONSTRUCTED)
  • Slow-braised lamb, yogurt emulsion, fennel jus. Served with Saffron rice

  • MANGO KULFI TRILOGY
  • Kulfi quenelle, mango gel, cardamom crumble, pistachio soil

  • The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
  • All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
