Hosted by Chefs Tuan Le and Duy Ly at Karma Song Hoai, The Taste of Imperial Hue draws from Mon Ngon Xu Hue – a collection of delicious dishes that captures the depth and refinement of Hue’s culinary heritage. Once the seat of Vietnam’s royal court, Hue cuisine is defined by balance, subtlety and an attention to detail.
Expect a menu that moves gracefully between humble traditions and royal influence, where every course reflects craftsmanship, history and a deep respect for the ingredients. - The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
