Begin at Karma Minoan with a relaxed welcome dinner before heading into the countryside the next morning on horseback, riding through the landscapes around Fourni before slowing the pace with restorative yoga beside the village’s historic monastery.
From there, settle in for a traditional Cretan lunch at a local taverna and a wholesome Greek dinner at Amphora. Then spend the following day exploring either the dramatic trails of Kritsa Gorge or the pine and oak scenery of Kroustas Forest. After lunch in a mountain village, return for a lively Greek Night filled with food, music and local traditions.

DAY 1 TUESDAY 25 MAY 2027
- 5:00 PM – Arrive and enjoy a welcome drink.
- 6:00 PM – Gather for a welcome dinner.
DAY 2 WEDNESDAY 26 MAY 2027
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Discover Eastern Crete on horseback, riding through the countryside surrounding the traditional village of Fourni.
- Continue with a restorative yoga session in a peaceful natural setting beside the village’s historic old monastery.
- 1:00 PM – Enjoy an authentic Cretan lunch at a traditional village taverna.
- 6:00 PM – Dinner at Amphora Restaurant.
DAY 3 THURSDAY 27 MAY 2027
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Set off on a Cretan hiking adventure, choosing between the dramatic landscapes of Kritsa Gorge and the pine and oak scenery of Kroustas Forest.
- 1:00 PM – Enjoy a traditional lunch in a mountain village, sampling Cretan flavours and local hospitality.
- 6:00 PM – Experience Greek Night with food, music and local traditions.
DAY 4 FRIDAY 28 MAY 2027
- 9:00 AM – Breakfast.
- Depart from Karma Minoan.
