- Breakfast
- 9:00 AM – Depart for Darjeeling.
- 1:00 PM – Arrive in Darjeeling and check in at Sinclairs Darjeeling.
- 1:30 PM – Lunch at the hotel.
- 4:00 PM – Explore Darjeeling’s vibrant market and enjoy a tasting of freshly brewed Darjeeling tea at a traditional tea house.
- 7:00 PM – Drinks and dinner at the iconic Glenary’s, a beloved British-era institution.
DAY 3 WEDNESDAY 14 APRIL 2027
- 5:00 AM – Depart for Tiger Hill to witness sunrise over the Kanchenjunga peaks.
- 8:00 AM – Breakfast at the hotel.
- 10:30 AM – Ride the historic Darjeeling Himalayan Railway (Toy Train).
- 1:00 PM – Lunch overlooking the famous tea plantations.
- 3:00 PM – Visit the colourful Dali Monastery.
- 7:00 PM – Dinner at Kunga Restaurant, renowned for its authentic Tibetan cuisine.

- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
