Begin at Karma Song Hoai with a Vietnamese dinner before heading into Hoi An Ancient Town to discover the stories behind local culinary favourites Cao Lau and Xi Ma, meeting the makers who keep these traditions alive and enjoying lunch among the old-town streets.
Then switch pace with an open-top Jeep adventure along the Son Tra Peninsula, taking in sweeping coastal roads and the landscapes around Da Nang before dinner in the city.
The next morning, step into Hoi An’s craft traditions with a hands-on lantern-making workshop, creating your own piece to take home, before visiting a local duck farm for a glimpse of everyday rural life.

ITINERARY
DAY 1
- Check in at Karma Song Hoai and settle into the peaceful riverside surroundings.
- Enjoy a special Vietnamese set dinner featuring the flavours of Central Vietnam.
DAY 2
- Breakfast at the resort.
- 9:00 AM–12:30 PM – Explore Hoi An Ancient Town and discover local specialities: Cao Lau and Xi Ma. Meet local makers and learn about the traditions behind these dishes.
- Enjoy a local lunch in Hoi An Ancient Town.
- 12:30 PM – Return to the resort to prepare for the afternoon.
- 2:00 PM – Explore the scenic roads and coastal landscapes of the Son Tra Peninsula by open-top Jeep.
- Enjoy dinner in Da Nang before returning to the resort.
DAY 3
- Breakfast at the resort.
- 9:00 AM – Visit a local lantern factory and take part in a hands-on workshop to create your own Hoi An lantern.
- Visit a local duck farm for a glimpse of rural life and the agricultural traditions of the region.
- Return to the resort and check out.
