    Come and spend a few summer days in Crete the way that it should be enjoyed – out on the open water, somewhere between a swim and a long lunch.

    Begin at Karma Minoan with welcome drinks and a sea-view dinner, before setting out the next morning for a relaxed boat journey along the nearby coast.

    Slip into the clear Aegean water at various swimming stops along the way, explore beneath the surface with snorkelling gear, then settle back on board for a leisurely meze lunch with the coastline stretching out around you. Later, return to shore for a traditional Greek night filled with traditional food, music and the warmth of a summer evening at sunset.

    With selected departures from June to September, it’s a wonderfully simple way to see another side of Crete – slower, sunnier and best enjoyed from the sea.

    A few days of clear water, Greek flavours and all the makings of a very good Cretan summer.
