ITINERARY
FRIDAY 15TH JULY
- Guests arrive at Carcassonne airport and enjoy a complimentary transfer to the resort which is only 10 minutes away.
- Welcome drinks at Karma Château de Samary followed by dinner.
SATURDAY 16TH JULY
- Breakfast followed by a short cycle ride to the Canal du Midi, a 240km long canal connecting the Atlantic Ocean with the Mediterranean Sea, and widely considered one of the great engineering works of the 17th century.
- Enjoy lunch in Pont d’Herminis.
- After lunch and a short cycle back to the Chateau, guests will be transferred to Carcassonne to enjoy a private tour of the famous walled city.
- In the evening guests are invited to complimentary drinks and then a barbecue on-site at Karma Château de Samary.
SUNDAY 17TH JULY
- Breakfast followed by a private tour and wine tasting of the local vineyard, Caux-et-Sauzens, a mere 10 minutes from the resort.
- Enjoy lunch at La Platane, a local restaurant in the heart of Caux-et-Sauzens.
- Guests are then invited to head back into Carcassonne to soak up the atmosphere of the arrival of stage 15 of Tour de France, which finishes in Carcassonne having travelled 200km from Rodez that day. This is a spectacle not to be missed and there will be a party atmosphere over the whole weekend in anticipation of the tour’s arrival.
- Drinks at Karma Château de Samary followed by dinner in a local restaurant.
MONDAY 18TH JULY
- Breakfast followed by complimentary transfers to Carcassonne airport.
