DAY 1 – Tuesday 6th May 2025

Afternoon arrival and check-in at Karma Royal Candidasa.
Evening at leisure to settle in.

DAY 2 – Wednesday 7th May 2025

Traditional Palm Wine & Salt Making

Begin with breakfast at Seaside Restaurant.
Journey to Sidemen Village for palm wine plantation exploration:
- Experience traditional arak making.
- Sample fresh palm wine.
- Savour local snacks & coffee.
- Receive complimentary bottle of artisanal arak.
Lunch overlooking stunning rice terraces.
Visit traditional sea salt makers in Kusamba Village.
Enjoy dinner at your leisure back at Candidasa.

DAY 3 – Thursday 8th May 2025

Culinary Heritage

Breakfast at Seaside Restaurant.
Morning market tour in Amlapura.
Authentic cooking class at Paon Di Carik with Chef Dewa:
- Learn traditional bumbu spice mixing.
- Master classic Balinese dishes.
- Prepare traditional Jamu wellness drink with turmeric.
- Enjoy your creations for lunch in rice field bale.
Afternoon Balinese massage at Karma Spa before dinner at your leisure.
