    DAY 1 FRIDAY 17 APRIL 2026
    • 2:00 PM – Check in to Sails in the Desert at leisure and explore or relax
    • 7:00 PM – Communal welcome dinner onsite
    DAY 2 SATURDAY 18 APRIL 2026
    • Breakfast onsite
    • Sunrise: Segway tour at the base of Uluru
    • Lunch onsite, followed by free time to relax and enjoy resort facilities
    • Late afternoon: Transfer to Field of Light Dinner experience at Uluru
    • Evening: Return transfers to hotel
    DAY 3 SUNDAY 19 APRIL 2026
    • Breakfast onsite
    • 10:00 AM – Farewells and checkout

    Please note: In order to take part in the segway tour, members are required to have the balance and vision necessary to safely ride a bicycle. Participants must also be fit and healthy, without any serious pre-existing back injuries. If in doubt, please let us know and a member of the team can discuss suitability.
