After a communal welcome dinner on night one, we’ll kick off the adventure with a sunrise hot air balloon flight drifting over rolling vineyards, the morning mist and Australia’s most iconic wine region. After landing, continue the journey on the ground as we taste and explore celebrated cellar doors and enjoy the Barossa’s finest varietals.
Equal parts adventure and indulgence, this is a Barossa escape you’ll remember long after the last glass is poured.

DAY 1 FRIDAY 29 MAY 2026
- 4:00 PM – Check in at leisure, afternoon to explore and relax
- 7:00 PM – Welcome dinner, onsite
DAY 2 SATURDAY 30 MAY 2026
- Early AM – Transfers to sunrise hot air balloon over the Barossa Valley, followed by breakfast in Barossa with sparkling wine
- Late AM – Return to accommodation, morning relaxation
- 12:00 PM – Wine tasting at St Hugo Wines
- 1:00 PM – Lunch at Harvest Kitchen, followed by tasting and tour of Jacobs Creek
- Afternoon – Transfer back to the accommodation, relax and enjoy the facilities
- Evening – Farewell dinner, onsite
DAY 3 SUNDAY 31 MAY 2026
- Breakfast available onsite
- 10:00 AM Farewells and checkout

Hot air ballooning is weather-dependent. If cancelled due to unsafe conditions, a backup itinerary will be arranged for Saturday morning and a refund of equivalent points will be credited to your account.
