Witness Kerala at its most exhilarating – join us for a three-day water escape centred around the legendary Nehru Trophy Boat Race.

Based at Karma Chakra, this experience blends the serenity of the backwaters with the charged atmosphere of race day on Punnamada Lake, Alappuzha. Witness all the thrills and high-speed competition as hundreds of oarsmen power their iconic “snake boats” across the water in a thrilling display of precision, strength and speed.

With exclusive race viewing, a sunset houseboat cruise on Vembanad Lake and authentic regional dining throughout, it’s a seamless blend of culture, celebration and one of India’s most captivating sporting festivals.

DAY 1 THURSDAY 6 AUGUST 2026

Check in at Karma Chakra and enjoy a welcome drink
Evening Ottanthullal dance performance at sunset
Dinner at the Waterside restaurant

DAY 2 FRIDAY 7 AUGUST 2026

Breakfast
Transfer to Punnamada Lake, Alappuzha, for the Nehru Trophy Boat Race

Lunch at a local toddy shop
