Goan State of Mind:
The Table in the Hills
There’s a side to Goa that reveals itself slowly – through long lunches, local traditions, coastal sunsets and stories shared around the table.
The Table in the Hills’ immersive three-day journey invites members to experience the region beyond its famous beaches, beginning with a warm Goan welcome at Karma Royal Haathi Mahal and an evening of tapas and cocktails at the legendary Attwood’s Bar.
From there, discover the cultural influences that have shaped Goa for centuries through a traditional Azulejos tile painting workshop, an exclusive dining experience hosted by celebrated chef Avinash Martins, a visit to the historic Cabo de Rama Fort and a sunset beach gathering for golden hour overlooking the Arabian Sea. The journey concludes with a Saraswat Goan feast prepared by Chef Kundan – a fitting tribute to one of Goa’s oldest and most fascinating culinary traditions.
A little culture, a little adventure and plenty of good food – the Goan state of mind starts here.
