3:30 pm : Join Chef Puran Singh on a journey through Jaipur’s local markets. With the excitement of Diwali shopping in the air, there’s no better time to explore Jaipur. Take notes as the Chef chooses an array of spices and other local ingredients, integral to his cooking at the Karma Kasuri restaurant.

SATURDAY, 11^TH November 2023

6:00 pm : Allow our team at Karma Haveli to guide you through the old walled city. Soak in the sights of beautifully lit monuments and the festively decorated facades of old Jaipur, to celebrate the festival of lights. End your tour with a delectable mirch-vada and a comforting cup of chai.

SUNDAY, 12^TH November 2023

Early am : There’s no better way to start your day than with a local breakfast run! Chef Puran expertly guides you to explore the unique flavours of Jaipur. Try the array of local delicacies from street vendors – from the famed dal pakwaan to delightfully crispy, sweet jalebis and savoury poha.
