Join us for a long weekend of stargazing, foraging, fine dining and cosmic insights in the Isles of Scilly this summer. Stay at our luxury beachfront resort Karma St. Martin’s, dine at the award-winning Sir Cloudesley Shovell Restaurant, explore the island on a guided food foraging walk, settle down on a sweep of pristine white sand for a picnic and discover the island’s famous Observatory, where you’ll be able to gaze at the milky way in incredible detail before learning the secrets of the cosmos from famed professor Andrew Norton…

ITINERARY

DAY 1 – SATURDAY, 30 SEPTEMBER 2023

2.00pm : Check-in. Welcome drinks and time to relax. In the evening, a sumptuous seafood dinner at award-winning Sir Cloudsley Shovell restaurant.

DAY 2 – SUNDAY, 1 OCTOBER 2023

Leisurely breakfast followed by a guided walking around beautiful St. Martin’s Island followed by a visit to Cosmos Scilly Observatory. Beach picnic lunch on Great Bay/Little Bay. Fish and Chip Supper at Karma St Martin’s followed by a Night Walk.

DAY 3 – MONDAY, 2 OCTOBER 2023

Breakfast followed by food foraging experience and locally sourced lunch.
6.00pm : Garden BBQ and meet Andrew Norton for a fascinating talk and Q&A titled The Life & Death of Stars. We are all made of stardust!

DAY 4 – TUESDAY, 3 OCTOBER 2023

Breakfast at your leisure and check-out.
