DAY 1 – MONDAY, 28 AUGUST 2023

Arrival to the resort and settle in.
Welcome Dinner at 8pm.

DAY 2 – TUESDAY, 29 AUGUST 2023

Breakfast at Karma Song Hoai.
9:30-11:30am : Old Town market crawl with Chef Joseph and Chef Tuan.
12.00pm: Go to Tra Que Village by electric open air car.
Wine tasting in 400 year old family-owned home with Organic Herb Farm.
3.00pm : Leisure time.
6.00pm : Hoi An Lantern River Canoe Experience.
8:00pm : Onwards Special Set Dinner at Morning Glory Restaurant.

DAY 3 – WEDNESDAY, 30 AUGUST 2023

Breakfast at Karma Song Hoai.
9.00am : Head to the Vietnamese coffee factory – Learn about Vietnamese coffees, and even get a barista certificate!
12.00pm : Basket boat trip and cooking class alongside river.
3:30pm : Return to resort for leisure time.
7:30pm : Visit local restaurant nestled in the rice fields for dinner.

DAY 4 – THURSDAY, 31 AUGUST 2023

Breakfast at Karma Song Hoai.
9.00am : Visit a lantern making factory and make your own!
12:30pm : Cooking class and lunch at Karma Song Hoai – Learn how to make Cao Lau & the famous Hoi An chilli sauce.
4.00pm : Leisure time.
7.00pm : Cocktails and Vietnamese inspired canapés.
8.00pm : Special closing dinner – 5 course Vietnamese fine dining experience, prepared by Chef Tuan and Chef Joseph.
