Swap city streets for waterfall trails and let the monsoon season do the rest.
This full-day adventure takes members into the lush wilderness of Karjat, where hidden waterfalls, natural jacuzzis, jungle trails and breathtaking scenery create the perfect playground for outdoor enthusiasts. Guided by experienced leaders, you’ll navigate winding paths, discover secret swimming spots and experience a side of the region that only emerges during the rainy season.
And for those who like their adventures with a little extra adrenaline, optional cliff jumping and waterfall plunges await along the way!
Expect muddy shoes, unforgettable views and stories worth telling long after the monsoon magic ends.
ITINERARY
- 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Depart from a pre-determined spot in Mumbai or Pune for an early start to the adventure. Transportation organised.
- 8:00 AM: Arrive at the base village and enjoy a traditional local breakfast.
- 8:30 AM: Orientation session, safety briefing and map reading and navigation activity.
- 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Guided trek through scenic monsoon trails featuring:
- Hidden waterfalls and natural pools
- Navigation challenges and trail exploration
- Natural jacuzzis
- Optional cliff jumping and waterfall plunges (weather and safety permitting)
- 2:00 PM: Return to the base village for a well-earned local lunch.
- 2:30 PM: Depart for Mumbai and Pune.
- 5:00 PM: Arrive back and disperse.
Please Note:
- Timings are approximate and may vary depending on weather, trail conditions and group pace. Pick-up and drop-off from Pune or Mumbai will be arranged, subject to participant numbers.
- This is an active event requiring participants to have a good level of fitness, due to safety regulations, uneven terrain and changeable weather. Children aged 8 and above are able to attend.
Terms & Conditions
- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 14 days notice being given.
