Join us for the inaugural Karma Wine Club escape over 3 days at Karma Bavaria, where we go beyond the glass to discover the stories, traditions and craftsmanship behind Verona’s most celebrated wines.
In partnership with Enoteca Baraldi, a family-run Verona wine house with almost fifty years of expertise, experience the character of Valpolicella through various guided tastings of Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, uncovering the appassimento method that gives these wines their distinctive depth. Celebrate the evening with a carefully paired dinner with each course bringing a new story to the table.
Between tastings, enjoy the beauty of Schliersee, from lakeside walks to wellness spa moments and refined evenings sharing exceptional wine.

ITINERARY
DAY 1 WEDNESDAY 25 NOVEMBER 2026
- Arrival and check-in
- Welcome evening with a Veronese aperitivo featuring Zamuner Brut, a traditional méthode classique from the hills above Verona, served with Grana Padano and soppressa

DAY 2 THURSDAY 26 NOVEMBER 2026
- Breakfast
- Morning – Scenic walk around Lake Schliersee and relaxation time in the wellness area
- Light lunch
- Afternoon – Guided wine class exploring three Valpolicella wines: Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto, including the traditional appassimento method that gives them their distinctive character
- Evening – Dinner with wine pairings, beginning with a Soave or Lugana before moving through the three reds alongside a curated paired menu, with each course introduced at the table

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
