DAY 1 WEDNESDAY 10 FEBRUARY 2027
- Check in and welcome drink
- Communal welcome dinner with wine
DAY 2 THURSDAY 11 FEBRUARY 2027
- 7:30 AM – Breakfast at Garden Restaurant
- 10:00 AM – Silver jewellery-making workshop with local artisans
- 1:00 PM – Indonesian lunch
- 2:30 PM – Ketupat-making workshop (traditional rice-box weaving)
- 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – Free-flow poolside cocktails
- 7:00 PM – Traditional Megibung dinner at Garden Restaurant

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
