Your stay begins at the newly opened five-star 25h The Olympia hotel, before stepping behind the scenes of the Sydney Opera House for a private tour, followed by dinner at hatted institution Midden by Mark Olive showcasing indigenous produce under the sails of the opera house.
The next day, take to the skies with private seaplanes across Sydney Harbour, landing for a long lunch with paired wines at Jonah’s on the Beach, before the weekend builds towards its final act – an evening of T20 international cricket from our private Karma suite, with premium hospitality and electric atmosphere throughout.

DAY 1 SATURDAY 28 NOVEMBER 2026
- 2:00 PM: Check-in at 25hours Hotel Sydney The Olympia
- 3:00 PM: Welcome drinks at Monica Rooftop
- 4:00 PM: Private transfers to Sydney Opera House
- 4:45 PM: Private Sydney Opera House tour
- 6:30 PM: Dinner at Midden by Mark Olive
- 9:30 PM: Private transfers back to the hotel
DAY 2 SUNDAY 29 NOVEMBER 2026
- Morning: Breakfast at leisure
- 10:30 AM: Meet in reception, transfers to Rose Bay
- 11:00 AM: Welcome Champagne at Sydney Seaplanes
- 11:30 AM: Seaplane departure to Jonah’s on the Beach
- 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM: 3-course lunch with paired wines
- 3:00 PM: Return transfers to the hotel
- Early Evening (TBC): Walk to Sydney Cricket Ground for the T20 match in a private Karma suite with full hospitality.
DAY 3 MONDAY 30 NOVEMBER 2026
- Morning: Breakfast at leisure
- 11:00 AM: Departures

- All bookings are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned or transferred to another individual or member once confirmed.
- The attendee names provided at time of booking must be the exact attendees at the event, unless explicit approval is granted by Karma Concierge.
- All membership fees must be current at both the time of booking and the date of the event in order to attend. Refund of any monies / points used will be given subject to a minimum of 30 days notice being given.
